International Fulfillment

Hey everyone!
Quick update on international: The product will be arriving to our fulfillment center on the 17th. It will take it a couple days to get processed before they can start sending out shipments. Hopefully that all goes smoothly and your shipments will be going out next week!
AU/NZ backers yours will also be hitting our AU fulfillment center within a week and should get to you around the same time!
We really appreciate your patience with us!
Fulfillment Milestone!

Hey Crystallo Fans! Quick update:
We are nearly finished with all of the US fulfillment as of today as well as prepped our international shipments. There's still a few odds and ends we're clearing up but everything is moving and the end is in sight! Thank you so much for your patience with everything and for putting your faith in us with this project.
If you're an international backer(other than CA and AU we'll be fulfilling those separately) you'll be getting an email from "Corner-Box" in the next few days that will give you access to your order where you can see tracking and what not. Keep in mind it will still be a couple weeks for the international orders to get to the distribution center, get processed, and sent out to you! Thanks you again for your patience!

Hi all!
Exciting news from Deep Water:
We are nearing the end of the BackerKit survey process! What this means is shipping is currently breaking into 3 waves:
Wave 1: People who have minimal issues and were able to complete the survey will be locked down and start the shipping process ASAP.
NOTE: IF you have not yet tried to complete the survey please try now so we can determine what wave you will fit into!!!
Wave 2: People with easily fixable issues who have emailed [email protected] will be handled as we ship out people from Wave 1 and then be shipped after Wave 1.
Wave 3: People with slightly more complicated issues will be escalated to our problem solving team. We will attempt to solve all issues and get 100% shipped, but some of these issues are complicated (like some of you bought products we don't even have from Zafty) so we appreciate everyones patience as we figure this out. These shipments will go out after Wave 2.
There are also 2 other scenarios we are seeing which will be in certain waves:
1.) People who received partial shipments will most likely be in Wave 2-3 as we figure out what is missed and enter it into BackerKit.
2.) People who are backers on both projects and have elected to ship them together: first off thank you for that! Any way we can reduce the cost that is burdened on the creators and Deep Water we appreciate the help.
We are not sure on the time to get 100% shipped. This will depend on multiple factors including receiving stock from the Chinese warehouse.

A huge thanks to the crew for all their hard work and to you, the backers, for patiently hanging in there with them and with me through this process! So excited to see the light at the end of the tunnel!
While you’re here, I wanted to share with you about another really cool, unique solo game I was lucky enough to try this month. Relics of Rajavihara is in the middle of its campaign right now, but I’ve been enthusiastically following its development for quite a while, as I’m a long-time fan of the artist, Tristam Rossin. The designer, Joe Slack, was kind enough to offer me an early look at the game in prototype form, and I have to say... I think this game would appeal to a lot of you that enjoy Crystallo!
It’s a solo puzzle adventure game with strong Indiana Jones vibes, and it uses a variety of movable blocks of different types to create a campaign of many ”floors” to work through. Your goal is to move said blocks and your character around the board to capture a gem and outwit your nemesis.
My oldest daughter (13) and I spent some time with the prototype, just scratching the surface of the many different levels available. The instructions were really simple, and the game starts you off with a sort of gradual “training” which makes getting started super easy. It was very reminiscent of a puzzle game app in that way, giving the player a chance to get acquainted with the rules for each new type of block with an easier challenge before ramping up the difficulty in later levels.
The puzzles start out only taking a couple of minutes, but some of the later ones had both of us scratching our heads and trying several solutions. We played a handful of levels from each of the first three floors (there are 10 levels per floor) before my daughter insisted we stop because she wanted to start over and play the entire campaign without skipping :p So we didn’t even unlock the last two kinds of blocks. I can only guess how much more interesting and challenging it gets!
I genuinely love the concept of this game, and given how pretty even the prototype is, I’m sure the production version is going to be even more beautiful and immersive. It’s just got that mellow brain-burn that I love in a puzzle game. I will be forwarding my prototype along, but happy to say I backed the game and I’m really looking forward to getting my copy and playing with my kids! Backerkit Update

We are 65% complete on Backerkit!
That is awesome, but if you haven't filled it out yet please do. I know there are some looming questions I will cover below.
1.) "It is more expensive than what I was told for the game and shipping."
We understand that the pricing isn't exactly the same as what was said in the campaign. We decided on the normal prices as to hopefully help make sure everything is fulfilled within the VERY limited budget due to the Zafty gaffes, also because of where the product is we are fulfilling from the US to international locations which is expensive. If you have comments or concerns about that please email us at [email protected].
2.) "I received everything why do I need to fill this out?"
You don't, but getting a confirmation that you did receive your package and it is all good would be great. Anything not answered will probably just be marked as a "yes I received it" in a couple of months when we close the project.
3.) "What about the money I spent on Zafty's store?"
Unfortunately $0 of that money ever came to us. We will attempt to honor what we can but we ask that you try these steps:
1.) Attempt to receive a refund via your credit card company or PayPal.
2.) If you receive the refund feel free to purchase from our backerkit :)
3.) If you do not receive the refund submit the following form:

First, a quick note from the creator:

I just wanted to take a second to say that I am *so* excited about and proud of the hard work being done by my new partners at Deep Water Games to get this fulfillment wrapped up! I feel really confident that they’ve got a solid plan laid out, and I hope you’ll all give them your support and patience in making these last steps happen. You have been so awesome. For real. What is next?
We will be launching a pledge manager via BackerKit to all backers, but first it will be tested with a random selection of backers (called a smoke test) to make sure we aren't missing anything crucial.
You will be getting an email with a link to the BackerKit survey. Please wait for that email and link so that you can submit it via Backerkit.
We ask that you honestly answer the first question "Have you already received your rewards?" so that we can ensure everyone gets the products they were meant to receive. You will then have an option to add many of our award winning titles at a discounted rate to thank you for your patience! We also appreciate you adding additional products because it will help with the fulfillment costs.
Can I still add items to my reward even if I received my reward?
Of course! We will mail you anything you add when we ship the rest of the rewards.
When will you be shipping?
Our current plan is to ship at the end of the month, July, as we are waiting for some of the products to arrive, mainly the playmat. This will also give us plenty of time to sort out any issues.
What if I received only part of my order?
Please answer truthfully on question 1 and then email us at [email protected]
Why another pledge manager?
We received limited information from Zafty and in some cases inaccurate information. Our goal is to get backers what they backed for, and making sure the information is 100% accurate, before we ship, is step 1!
What about the products I bought on Zafty's webstore?
Unfortunately we have no control over those. We have been formulating a plan for how to address them:
1.) Attempt to receive a refund via your credit card company or PayPal.
2.) If you receive the refund feel free to purchase from our backerkit :)
